Rental Policy

Prices:

Prices shown are for a one-day rental. Special rates may be considered for longer periods with prior arrangement. Please contact holly@atlantases.com for special rates.

Prices are subject to change without notice, so please review each invoice carefully.

Payment:

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required upon reservation but will be applied to the total rental. The remaining balance is due a week prior to the delivery/customer pick-up.

Delivery:

Delivery fees are determined by size of order and location.

Pick-Up:

All china, silver, utensils, etc., must be rinsed food free, and repacked in the same containers as delivered. Linens must be dry, to prevent mildew or staining. Tables and chairs must be stacked and broken down ready for pick up. Please have all rental items returned similar to how they were delivered.

Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees.

Loss / Damage

Responsibility for rentals remain with the customer from time of pick up or delivery to time of return. Please be sure rentals are secured when not in use and protected from the weather. Missing or damaged items are subject to additional fees. We offer an optional damage waiver. We  can add a 10% charge to your rental total. This covers incidental breakage and shortages. It does NOT cover theft, loss, major shortages, ruined tablecloths, cleaning charges or negligence. You are responsible for all rental items until they are returned.
